Cross country bonds before sections

Posted: October 29, 2015

Tonight the cross country running team ate their annual spaghetti dinner after practice. It was a time of fellowship and enjoying the companionship of teammates the day before a race. Tomorrow, the boys and girls varsity are racing in sections at Battle Creek Park. If either team takes first or second place they will advance to state. There will also be a mixed (boys and girls) JV race. The varsity girls’ 5k is at 4 p.m., the varsity boys’ at 4:30 p.m. and the JV at 5 p.m. The dinner has become an annual tradition, along with going to Davanni’s after sections and conferences.
