The sophomore class took the ACT Aspire test today at Minnehaha. The test – which is administered only once to Minnehaha students during their time in high school - assessed student readiness in English, math, reading, science and writing.

Today’s test needed an entire school day to complete and was the second standardized test taken by sophomores in less than two weeks; on Oct. 14, the PSAT was administered to sophomore and junior students to measure their readiness for the SAT and, for juniors only, to determine eligibility for National Merit Scholarships. However, no scholarship opportunities were available to sophomores for either test.
