Minnehaha film student Minhyuk Park is a finalist in video contest sponsored by the Minnesota Department of Health. Students across the state are competing to produce the best public service announcements that warn teen-agers about the risks of indoor tanning. A grand-prize winner was announced, and a second cash prize of $1,000 will be given based on audience votes.
